Underwater hockey is a fun way for children to become more comfortable in the water. The Gatineau-Ottawa underwater hockey club offers the Juniors program for youths aged 12 - 17 years. This program introduces children to swimming techniques including: front crawl (with fins and without), flutter kick, dolphin kick, and marlin (le marsouin). Nemos will also introduce players to the underwater skills that are unique to underwater hockey including stick handling, curling, and team strategies. Please visit the Junior program registration page or fill out the contact us form for more information.
This year we’re very excited about our JUNIOR Program (youth ages 12 to 17), and the "buzz" is pretty positive right now.
