GATINEAU-OTTAWA UNDERWATER HOCKEY (GO-UWH)

Is pleased to invite all eligible girls and boys (ages 10 to 12, 13 to 18 (U19) and 19 to 22 years old (U 23) to the GO-UWH JUNIOR Underwater Hockey development and NDT clinic. There will also be games with referees.

Total pool time available is 21 hours, to be divided among all registrant. This includes Friday to Sunday.

The registration fee is $65.00/player (12 to 22 years old) and $55.00/player (10 to 11 years old). Please register online before January 10th, 2020, as this will help us a great deal with the organization/logistics. You may register online at www.uwh.ca starting December 15th, 2019.

The NDT clinic and player development camp will be designed around the following:

 

  • Proper warm-up routine
  • Rules and regulations about the sport
  • Classroom for game strategies regarding playing structure (various Elite Players)
  • Drills, 1 on 1, 3 on 2, wall game, apnea exercises, etc.
  • Skill, curls, flicks, change directions, etc.
  • Focus, visualisation, reading the plays/game/opponents
  • Team bonding
  • Games
  • Other
