We recommend the cap because it: protects your ears, helps keep the mask in place, it enables you to attach the snorkel (more stable than attaching the snorkel to the mask), it keeps the hair from getting tangled with the mask strap and more importantly, to show, with a cool logo, you are a member GO-UWH! When you purchse only one cap intead of a pair you will not have the choice of the color or the number. You can pick-up your purchase by presenting your invoice to the responsible coach at your next practice. Note that if you plan on attending tournaments, a pair is mandatory (go to the other page to have the choice of the number and a cheaper price per cap).
