Beginners - Parent and me (Winter 2025)

Service Description

This program is intended for a parent and his/her child (under 18) who have no or little experience playing Underwater Hockey but would love to try it out. A combination of short discussions, skill demonstrations in the water and finally a real game each week make this a great way to find out about this great 3D sport. There will be a total of three (3) courses. GO-UWH lends all the equipment for the duration of the program if you don't have any. NOTE: we will contact you to schedule the 3 courses (these must be completed within this session). PREREQUISITE Be able to swim 1 length of the pool (20 metres), without swimming aids. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Be on the pool deck in front of the lifeguards' office at 6:45 pm. - Once you have completed this introductory course, you can register for a regular program. You will receive a discount code, so you only pay for remaining courses in the session (ask your coach).
