Junior Ages 12-17 (Winter 2025)

Service Description

This program is intended for swimmers who are 12 years old and over or that have graduated from the Nemo program.  The coaches will indicate to the child in which level they will be in at the first course.  Information and glove making session: held at the Sports Centre, room 254, Wednesday, January 8th, from 6:30 to 8:00. This session is important, so the child has a proper glove for the first practice (ensure to wear old clothes). You can also try out the equipment for size and purchase what is needed. If you already have equipment, please bring it to this session to ensure it is compliant for the sport. Please confirm your attendance at info@uwh.ca. PRE-REQUISITES: -Wearing a mouth guard is mandatory (obtain from our shop) -Be able to swim 1 length of the pool (20 metres), without swimming aids OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION -Be in front of the lifeguards' office at 6:45 pm. ****On January 24th: course IN THE GYM .
